  15. المعتزله الجدد.. إلحلقه الاولى التقويم الهجري صفاء الحكيم في رمضان كورونا من الأمورالممتعه التي تصاحب حلول شهرالصيام هي تلك المراجعات للمفاهيم وألاساليب التي تعودنا عليها في رمضان . لعل ماميز هذه المراجعه في رمضان كورونا هو موضوع التقويم الهجري وطريقه العمل به والذي اجده متعلقا بموضوع هذه السلسلة بما يشبه ذلك الجدل الفقهي بين المعتزله و خصومهم. الوحده الزمنيه التي تسمى شهرًا هي من ما ابدع الانسان في تشخيصه بعد ظهور الحضارات وعمل به لتنظيم حياته من ايام بابل والروم والفرس القدماء وما نجح في جمعه لكل أثني عشر وحده كي تماثل الفتره التي تدور فيها الارض حول الشمس بما سمي بالسنه الشمسية . وقد كان لهذا التقسيم او التنظيم اثره البالغ في تثبيت التواريخ و التخطيط للنشاطات الاقتصاديه و الاجتماعية بما يخدم الانسان وخصوصا في مجالات حياته المهمه مثل الزراعة والتجارة التي تعتمد على الظروف المناخية . وقد ابدع في تكييف هذا التقسيم الشهري للسنه الشمسية بحيث جعل ايام الأشهر الاثني عشر تختلف بين شهر و اخر وكذلك في أضافه يوما كبيسا كل اربعه سنوات كي يغطي فارق تراكم النقص عن الدوره الشمسيه للارض في هذا التقسيم ومن هنا اطلق على هذا النظام اسم التقويم ، اي التعديل . لعل احدنا يسال من اين أتت فكره الثلاثين يوما للشهر ولماذا لم يتخذ عدد اخر . اعتقد ان الامر جاء تطورا من نظام اخر سبقه اعتمدته المجتمعات الرعوية التي سبقت ظهور الحضارات والذي تمثل بدوره القمر حول الارض بما يقارب الثلاثين يوميا . في هذا التقسيم الشهري القمري وجد الانسان في الصحاري وسيله بسيطه تعينه في تحديد الزمن دون الحاجه الى معرفه مسبقه لما كان قبله فموقع القمر كل يوم يعطيه جوابا قاطعا . هذا التقسيم الشهري القمري مثله مثل التقسيم الشمسي وجد مشكله في حشرالأشهر الاثني عشر ضمن الدوره السنويه للارض حيث تقل عدد أيامه عن ايام السنه الارضيه. لذلك أضيف لهذا التقسيم الشهري القمري شهرا كبيسا كل ما تراكم الفرق بما يعادل شهرا ولَم يكن ذلك سهلا على عموم الناس ,لذلك وجد المتخصصون في هذا الحساب و كانوا عاده ضمن الطبقه الدينيه بما تميزت من جمعها لعلوم الدين والفلك . و سمي هذا النظام بالتقويم القمري . امتاز التقويم الشمسي بكونه اكثر ملائمه لمجتمعات الحضارات الجديده لكونه اكثر دقه في تنظيم الحياه لكن الشهر القمري بقى متلازما مع حياه البشر وخصوصا في المجتمعات الدينيه بما يمثله من ارتباط بين المواسم الدينيه المقدسه وموقع القمر واستهلاله . هذه المقدمة اجدها ضرورية عند التطرق الى موضوع التاريخ الهجري . فما حصل هو ان المسلمين استخدموا هذا النظام القمري المتداول في مجتمعهم و لكن بإضافة سنه هجره الرسول الى المدينه كبدايه لما اصبح يسمى بالتاريخ الهجري حيث أضافوا السنه وليس الشهر فقط وذلك لحاجتهم الى هذا الجانب بعد توسع دوله الخلافه وبدأو العمل به وكما هو معروف بالسنه الثالثه لتولي الخليفه عمر ابن الخطاب . الجدل يدور حول طريقه احتساب هذه السنه فكما هو معروف ان النظام الهجري المتداول لم ياخذ بالحسبان التقويم القمري السنوي بإضافة الشهر الكبيس ولذلك فانه لم يعد تقويمًا كما يسمى بل تتالي اثني عشر شهر قمريا لتحديد سنه قمريه هجريه دون تقويم كما كان الحال من قبل. من هنا فقد النظام الهجري الجانب التنظيمي الذي يتميز به التقويم القمري الذي كانت العرب تعمل به او التقويم الشمسي الذي كان متداولًا لدى الروم والفرس. المعتزله الجدد يدعون الى تصحيح هذا الامر لما يرون انه اكثر دقه في تنظيم حياه الناس مع الحفاظ على التنظيم الشهري القمري. طبعًا هو جهد مشكور يأتي كبديل لما اضطر لاتباعه في دول المسلمين عمومًا من اعتماد التقويم الشمسي لأداره شؤون الدوله و تثبيت النظام القمري الهجري لتحديد المواسم الدينيه. الإشكال الذي يقع فيه هؤلاء الداعون الى هذا التغيير براي هو المتعلق بأساس النظره الى المواعيد الدينيه . فهذه التواريخ عند عامه المسلمين ليست زمنيه تنظيميه ولكنها مقدسه لا تحتمل النقاش . نعم المسلمون بعد وفاه النبي محمد هم من أضاف التاريخ السنوي ولكن التقويم القمري بإضافة الشهر الكبيس يجعل موعد حلول هذه الايام في محل تساؤل وكذلك عن شرعيه الطريقه في الاحتساب . فهذا الاحتساب للشهر الكبيس كان امرا معقدا ولم يكن حينها سوى من عمل عرافي مكه ممن أنهى دورهم الاسلام و محى نفوذهم, وحتى لو وجد البديل عنهم من بين فقهاء المسلمين فان ذلك ليس مما كان سيهمل ذكره القران او السيره او حتى كتب التاريخ . اما ما يقال عن ان هذا التوقف حدث لاحقا في ايام الامويين فانه مما يصعب القبول به فلا يوجد في ما ورد لنا من تاريخ وسيره او روايات اي ذكر او نقاش حوله لامن قبل الجهات المواليه للحكم ولا من قبل المذاهب المعارضه . كذلك موضوع حلول رمضان في اوقات وتوقيتات غير ملائمه فهذا امر ديني لايقبل الجدل من حيث التكليف وهو خارج عن الموضوع فمن ادرانا ربما تكون الحكمه الربانيه في هذا التشديد . الدعوه الى العمل بالتوقيت القمري السنوي يبقى راي اجده جديرا بالملاحظه ولكن كي يصبح لدينا توقيتان هجريان واحد قمري مطلق كما هوالحال اليوم واخر مقوما بما يناسب الدوره الشمسيه ولكنه قمري هجري وليس ميلادي. وهذا امر معروف اتبعته الكثير من التجارب والشعوب الني اعتمدت الشهر القمري مثل التوقيت الرسمي الايراني واليهودي لذلك ارى ان هذا النقاش لايدخل في باب الصح والخطأ ولكن في مجال الراي والراي الاخر وقد عرفنا ان اي نقاش من هذا النوع ينتهي عاده الى الابقاء على الموروث .......................... راجع مقدمه السلسله http://baghdadee.ipbhost.com/index.php?showtopic=2294
