The lead by a woman to a Moslim pray might be controversial.. However, it also bring a very strong point that the Islamic traditions are so felexible to allow practicing on the personal bases.

Islam is no different than any other Ibrahimic faith by not ecouraging women to take a lead in senior clergic position. However what is different with Islam is that there is no strict patriotic clergy structure in Islam, as the case with Catholic faith.. You can keep your Moslim status and practice Islam the way you think it is appropriate as far as you are not violating the main five pillars. There is no clergy in Islam, so any one who might disagree with you would have no difference in value than your right to do so.

 

The notion of pray in Islam is to glorify "Salat" the creator . There are certain rules of excersizing it, and the group pray is just one form of it. However the lead has no specific regulations.. Any one " Some limited it to men" can lead.. Moslims don't need a clergy to lead the pray.. It is thier choice to nominate a lead among them.. Usually they choose the ellederly or the place owner or the most respectfull, socially or religiously .. In mosques, Shiekh is usually the the best candidate.. But pray ceromonies are not limited to Mosques. Moslims can pray any were even while riding a horse, as the prophit did once

There are some traditional aspects here though.. Women were always considered by many moslim scholars "shiekhs" as second class citizens.. That is comming from the the concept of "Kowama" , the gardianship of men on women. Nevertheless Quran is also very clear in not extending such Kowama to the relation to Allah. "No power of any one on others obay to creator"...

]الدكتورة أمينة ودود اعتمدت على نصوص قرآنية تطرح فيها حق المرأة في إمامة المسلمين وقد دعمتها جماعات اسلامية[/size].

الفكرة بحد ذاتها جيدة ، ولكن تطبيقها لم يكن صحيحا، من وجهة نظري.

لقد شاهدنا الدكتورة ودود وهي تؤم المسلمين، وعندي بعض الملاحظات وهي :

- ان الدكتورة نفسها كانت وقورة ومحترمة ومحجبة، ولكن المشكلة في المصلين وفي وضع الصلاة من خلفها.

- ان الرسول (ص) يمنع المرأة من الصلاة أمام الرجل كي لا ينشغل بصلاته، وينتبه الى مفاتن المرأة التي أمامه، اضافة الى ان المسلمين يصلون وهم متراصين ومنتظمين وهذا أجمل ما في الصلاة حيث شبهنا الرسول (ص) بالملائكة.

- بينما رأينا في صلاة الدكتورة ودود ضجة وتقدما وتأخيرا مما افقد الصلاة متعتها واحترامها. واذا كان المسلمين يصلون وهم متراصين فكيف اذن ستقف امرأة تصلي بين رجلين يحصرانها على يمينها وشمالها.

- كانت المؤذنة بلا حجاب، وكان الأفضل ان ترتدي حجابا، ولو خفيفا احتراما لبيت الله. كما ان صوت المؤذن يجب ان يكون جميلا ومرغوبا في الصلاة وليس العكس.

- اعتقد انه لو كانت الدكتورة ودود قد خطبت في المسلمين فقط بدلا من الامامة لكان أوجه وأفضل لها.

يجب علينا ان ننتبه نحن المسلمات الى ان هناك حقوقا كثيرة حرمنا منها، وهذه الحقوق لا تمس قواعد الدين الاسلامي، بل هي ناتجة عن تأثير العادات والتقاليد الخاطئة التي تحرم المراة من ممارسة حقوقها باسم الاسلام، فكم من عائلة رأينا فيها الرجل المسلمم وهو يشرب الخمر ويرتدي ملابس السباحة الفاضحة وينظر الى النساء العاريات ويسهرالى ساعة متأخرة، ولا تعرف الزوجة الى أين يذهب ومع من يكون، أما هي فكل شيئ محرم عليها.

وهذا الرجل يعرف حق المعرفة ان ما يفعله محرم عليه كما هو محرم على زوجته. فالاسلام برئ من الذنب الذي يتهمه به الجميع لانه في الحقيقة من أكثر الاديان التي تساوي بين الرجل والمراHm

فلنكافح الان للحصول على حقوقنا الاساسية المغبونة قبل المطالبة بحقنا في الامامة بالصلاة.

المرأة العراقية مكلفة شرعاً برفع المعاناة عن شعبها

السبت 16/4/2005 "القبس" كتبت استقلال العازمي- اكدت ثلاث من اعضاء المجلس التشريعي في محافظة النجف العراقية ان المرأة العراقية شدت عزيمتها رغم استشهاد الاب والزوج والابن ايام العهد البائد ان بفعل القمع الصدامي او نتيجة الحروب العبثية التي تورط بها النظام العراقي في السنوات الخمس والثلاثين الماضية من حكم البعث. «القبس» التقت الاعضاء الثلاث د. خالدة مهدي اختصاصية طب الاطفال، وماجدة شنون رئىسة لجنة المرأة في محافظة النجف، ود. سناء الموسوي نائبة رئيس مجلس المحافظة في النجف، على هامش زيارتهن للكويت بدعوة من مركز العمليات الانسانية.

وقد اكدت الاعضاء الثلاث ان عملهن في الشأن العام لا سيما السياسي ينسجم مع الشرع لأن المرأة مكلفة شرعا برفع المعاناة عن شعبها، وطالبن اختهن الكويتية ان تتابع مسيرتها لاستكمال حصولها على الحقوق السياسية، وقلن ان المرأة العراقية والكويتية جمعتهما محنة واحدة سببها النظام الصدامي البائد.

بداية تقول د. مهدي: عندما جاء النظام الصدامي لم يقتصر ظلمه على الرجل، وانما كان للمرأة نصيب كبير من بطشه وطغيانه.

 

ابنة الـ 19

وتضيف: دخلت السجن وعمري لا يتجاوز التاسعة عشرة، رأيت بعيني آلام المرأة العراقية وحضرت مآسي كثيرة لكنها لم توقفني عن مواصلة نضالي كامرأة ارادت ان تنقل معاناتها وتسمع صوتها للكل وهي تنادي بعراق ديموقراطي ينعم به الرجل والمرأة.

وتقول د. مهدي: «لقد عانينا حكما دكتاتوريا على مدى 35 سنة غيب البعثيون خلالها الديموقراطية.

 

تجربة جديدة

د. مهدي تتحدث بكل ثقة واعتزاز حيث شاركت في انتخابات المحافظة وكسبت ثقة الناخبين للمرة الثالثة على التوالي:

«التجربة الديموقراطية جديدة من نوعها في حياة الشعب العراقي، فالعراق يضم عدة قوميات واقليات ومختلف الديانات وجميعها اشترك في التمثيل الجديد في الحكومة المنتخبة وخصوصا على مستوى المحافظات حيث شكل مجلس في كل محافظة يكون دوره تشريعيا ورقابيا خاصا في المحافظة التي يمثلها. وهناك مجالس استشارية في كل قرية، والمدن الصغيرة مرتبطة في مجلس المحافظة ويضم مجلس المحافظة حاليا 41 عضوا منهم 11 امرأة».

 

هفوات

وتتحدث مهدي عن هذه المرحلة:

«التجارب الاولية كانت تحمل بداخلها بعض الهفوات، وذلك لكونها بداية المرحلة وفترة انتقالية من عصر الظلام الى عصر الحرية والمساواة، خصوصا ان العراق لم يستقر على دستور واحد بل كان كل نظام يأتي يطلق على الدستور اسم المؤقت حتى يتاح له التعديل والخلط بالمواد الدستورية لحسابه».

وتضيف مهدي: «لقد خرجنا من واقع لم تشهده الانسانية وحقوق الانسان، حُكمنا بنظام يفرض علينا قسرا الانتماء له ورغم ذلك لم نلتفت له وحاربناه ونحن لا نملك السلاح، لكن المرأة العراقية شدت عزيمتها رغم استشهاد الزوج والابناء، خصوصا في هذه المحافظة التي قدمت كوكبة كبيرة من الشهداء.

 

تكليف شرعي

وعن دور المرأة العراقية في هذه الفترة الحرجة قالت: «هناك تكليف شرعي بأن تتصدى المرأة التي تحمل العقيدة والعلم والقدرة على رفع معاناة النساء ونحن اقرب لمعاناتها حتى لو كانت من قوميات اخرى مثل الكردية او التركمانية او المسيحية فلا يشعر بالمرأة الا المرأة نفسها، حيث اشتركنا في الظروف نفسها وفي المعاناة نفسها، فالمرأة العراقية تدافع عن المرأة العراقية في كل محافظات العراق ولا تمثل محافظتها فقط.

 

حقوق المرأة الكويتية

النائبة ماجدة الشنون رئيسة لجنة المرأة في محافظة النجف من جانبها طالبت المرأة الكويتية الاّ تتوقف عن المطالبة بحقوقها وتقول: «المرأة الكويتية والعراقية جمعتهما محنة واحدة كلانا عانينا عبث النظام السياسي السابق واشتركنا في مقاومته وضحينا في اولادنا وازواجنا، وعندما تحرر العراق تحررت المرأة العراقية واثبتت دورها وكافأها الرجل بأن سمح لها ان تشاركه، فلا بد من الجانب الكويتي، وخصوصا اعضاء مجلس الامة، ان يدخلوا المرأة في معترك صنع مستقبل الكويت.

ولفتت الشنون الى اهمية اشراك المرأة الكويتية في القرارات المصيرية فتقول: «لا يعرف المرأة الا المرأة نفسها، مستحيل ان يشعر الرجل بما تعانيه المرأة، فالكويتية وصلت الى مرتبة الوزير ورئيسة الجامعة وعملت في مختلف المجالات فلا بد من اخذ رأيها، خصوصا انها تشكل نسبة اكبر من الرجال، وايضا هناك ملاحظة مهمة للمرأة الكويتية انها اينما تكون تحرص دائما على العطاء والتميز.

 

العجلة دائرة

وعن لجنة المرأة التي ترأسها الشنون تقول: «المرأة العراقية ابدا لم تكن مغيبة عن الساحة فلقد كانت تحرص على تطوير وضعها سواء الاقتصادي او الاجتماعي وايضا الامني، نحن نخرج للعمل ونقرأ الشهادة في قلوبنا ولكن لم نلتفت الى وقف العجلة، فالعراق هو الاساس ونحن نأتي ونذهب والعراق يبقى.

وتؤكد الشنون ان الاسلام لم يميز بين الرجل والمرأة والترجيح للكفاءة وليس لمبدأ الذكورة، يجب ان تعي المرأة الكويتية دورها الشرعي وتشارك في عجلة الحياة السياسية واتخاذها القرارات المصيرية التي تخصها ولا احد يفهمها غيرها.

 

مواقف الكويت

من جانبها اشادت د. سناء الموسوي عضو المجلس الاستشاري في مدينة الكوفة ونائب رئىس مجلس المحافظة في النجف بالمواقف الكويتية التي لن ينساها التاريخ: «الكويت صاحبة المواقف، ساندت النجف المحافظة التي طالما ذاقت ويلات النظام الصدامي الجائر، فلقد اختلطت الدماء الكويتية والعراقية في المقابر الجماعية التي دفنها ازلام صدام.

وترى الموسوي في التواجد الاميركي بالعراق انه خاضع لفترة زمنية معينة وبعدها سيرحل الاميركان ولن يبقى سوى ابناء البلد ليقوموا في بناء عراق ديموقراطي جديد.

وشددت الموسوي على دور المرأة فتقول: «اينما وجدت المرأة فهي تعطي دائما فأنا كنائبة لا اقصر بعملي، فأكون في اي وقت واي لحظة يحتاجني العمل فيه، فمن يصور ان المرأة قد تعجز عن القيام بأي عمل، فالرد يكون من واقع المرأة العراقية التي تثبت دائما، ان عطاءها لا ينقطع.

 

شهادة

تؤكد النائبات انهن يقرأن الشهادة ويخرجن كل يوم للمجلس وأمام عيونهن العراق فقط.

 

إسقاط الديون

قالت سناء الموسوي ان «العراق خرج من حروب عدة وتراكمت عليه الديون، وأنا كنائبة اطلب من الحكومة الكويتية ان تسقط الديون التي سخرها النظام لمصلحته وتدمير دول الجوار في الحروب التي خاضها».

 

تكريم

قالت د. خالدة المهدي:

«المرأة الطبيبة في العراق وقفت في جميع الأزمات تساعد المرضى وتعالجهم تحت القصف فكان لا بد من تكريمها واسناد المهام إليها».

 

سجون النساء

تروي د. خالدة المهدي بعض المشاهد عن الاعتقال، فتقول:

لقد كانت النساء تسجن مع ابنائهن في زنزانة واحدة، وفي احدى المرات كانت هناك امرأة حامل واجهضت بسبب التعذيب، والآن حاولنا ان نبحث عنها فعلمنا انها قبرت في احدى المقابر الجماعية.

in reality this is just another water bubble raise in the way of Islamic sailing ship it doesn’t matter how many poisonous air was pumped into it by those who manufactured and incited it . This is just another bed’a that will soon or later vanish. Its known in Islam that women cant lead the prayer in front of men, this is not a racism against her. Only shallow –minded people would think so. Allah has granted every body with what he or she’s suitable with .Islam means peace and submissions to Allah .what is good is what Allah says it is good and what is bad or evil is what Allah says it is bad or evil. If we are to follow peoples or even schools about their various and contradicting make –ups for their criteria of good and bad we shall go no where. Prophet Mohamed (Alaii assalaam) said the best rows for men (in prayers) are the front ones , and the best rows for women are the last ones ,so it Allah who decides because we are talking about his religion here , we are not talking about some make-ups !!

 

But as happens all the time , those who wants to attack Islam don’t have the braveness to attack it directly ,but they always choose to strike from within ; and behind doors

 

Now we are hearing voices from those who incited this beda that they are defending Islam and women rights in Islam ! They even pretend to refer to the first Islamic society established in Madina by the Prophet Muhammad! this is of course, a big lie .One because they lie about their intention as to establish a pure madenian Islamic society have they been so concerned about Islam they would have rather obey the teaching of the Prophet Mohammed for Allah said in the holy Quran:” You have indeed in the Apostle of Allah a beautiful pattern for any whose hope is in God and the Final Day “” Have they been so concerned about following the madenian pattern they should obey Allah saying In the holly Quran that says: ‘”It is not fitting for a Believer ,man or woman, when a matter has been decided by God and His Apostle to have any option about their decision , If any one disobeys God and His Apostle, he is indeed on a clearly wrong Path ‘”S.xxxiii36

 

Second, because the woman were not leading prayers during the time of the Prophet nor during His companions reign.

 

I am 100% sure that this campaign is incited by some enemies of Islam . There was an interview in aljazeera with this women Dr amina wadud , in which she said that she was ordered to do such step !! Ordered by whom it is a question that was not revealed in that program but from some terminology I heard in that interview I think these people have something to do with a deviated sect called ahmadians or kadianis . Those people don’t believe that Mohamed (P.B.U.H )was the last prophet , they believe that their British poppet ahmed quadian was a messenger ! And he came with a sharia that revived our true sharia!. they are the ones who claimed that al jihad means defending Islam and its nation by pins instead of swords !so when you are a subject of a military aggression it is not permissible – according to this new religion to defend yourself or your nation , you may write a protesting paper instead!!! That is al jihad. The whole idea of kadianism was the invention of the ex-British empire in its efforts to curve and deviate the profound belief of al jihad among Muslims in the Indian peninsula. Supported by some anti –Islamic powers either in America or in Europe, this community is very active nowadays , Muslims should be very careful .

 

Some of her friends and helpers said that this is part of a revolt against the segregation against women among Muslims especially in Masjids.

 

Why shall women enter or go out of mosques from the behind gates and door !!

 

This is what we call: the right meant to obtain the falsehood (meaning using a right argument for the purpose of proving a false one !!

 

It is true that a lot of Muslims are still confused by what is Islamic what is traditional ! It’s also true that in the time of prophet Mohammed and his companions women used to enter masjids from the same gate and there was no barrier between men and women, also women used to wear no veils in Masjets . there is a correct (strong) hadith which says: that prophet (P.B.U.H)was delivering a speech during which he spoke directly to women and said:ا let you women give charity for I’ve seen you as the majority of people of the fire .a women (hadith continues) with reddish checks stood up and said to the prophet (P.B.U.H) why are we going to be the majority in the badWord fire ?! the prophet said : because majority of you are ungrateful to your husbands , if one of them would work very hard to please you in his whole time and have a small problem with you will say easily : I haven’t seen any good thing from you in my entire life . the argument behind this hadith is that there was no veils no barrier between men and women during the time of the Prophet or His companions ..But the aim of these people have nothing to do with this openness ,they are part of this failed campaign against Islam, They are no more than just little agents of that satanic campaign to eradicate both men and women from their righteous nature aiming to bring a freak called gendre .! Not man not woman not even something in between.

 

May Allah protect us from these satans.

والترابي الذي اتهم بالردة في وقت سابق من هذه السنة عندما قال إنه يمكن لامرأة مسلمة أن تتزوج من مسيحي أو يهودي وأن شهادتها تساوي شهادة الرجل المسلم، يقول "على النساء أن يكن شريكات لنا في القتال والفن والسياسة والحكم في كل شىء".
