Indeed the above is coming after a lot of reports from inside Iraq that some Sadimists are trying to reach the Americans on concondition oo find out possibilities of changing the US policy of commitmment to the democratic popular solution of new Iraq..That is why they were very clear in bycotting the elected goverment while trying their best to open dialog doors with US.

 

This is not a new policy by the Sadamists, they tried this since day one. Today and after the visit by Empassidor Nigropontee to The islamic sholar association, that door was open for an official declaration of such negotiations.. I personally think , that it was really a very smart move by US authoroties to draw a hard line of suspect between Alqaeda and the Sadamists by leaking news of such possible negotiations.. We have to remember that the two gangs of criminals have different agendas. Sadimist main goal is to stop the political process, the Qaeda wants to defeat the Americans.. On short term they might have a common interst , but they might diverge as this American commitment for democracy weakened.. The British advice that was leaked last week to the US administartion, was to abandon that commitment.. The problem with the Sadamists and the old gaurd cold war politicians, is that this choice of the US is based on real long term intersts.. If the US can tollarate any defeat on the democratic war, why they didn't tolarate it with Sadam who was more than happy to cooperate !!

Yes, it really is a case of divide and conquer. Drive a wedge in the co operation of the two gangs by letting al-Qa'eda know they are not Iraq's future.

The ongoing battle near the Syrian border has me thinking that the Sadimist will not be tolerated by local border tribes either. Sadimist rule may not be well accepted. Seems their power base is crumbling to the point Individual tribes are acting on their own interests without a concern who controls Baghdad... or all of Iraq for that matter.

American troops on the Syrian border are enjoying a battle they have long waited to see - a clash between foreign al-Qa'eda fighters and Iraqi insurgents.

 

Tribal leaders in Husaybah are attacking followers of Abu Musab Zarqawi, the Jordanian-born terrorist who established the town as an entry point for al-Qa'eda jihadists being smuggled into the country.

 

The reason, the US military believes, is frustration at the heavy-handed approach of the foreigners, who have kidnapped and assassinated local leaders and imposed a strict Islamic code.

...The trigger was the assassination of a tribal sheikh, from the Sulaiman tribe, ordered by Zarqawi for inviting senior US marines for lunch. American troops gained an insight into the measures the jihadists had imposed during recent house-to-house searches in nearby towns and villages.

"In the last week our camp in the town was attacked and the attackers got ambushed on the way back by two machineguns and mortar fire. That is good news for us."

 

Baghdad recently warned that Iraqi insurgents, many of them nationalists rather than Islamists, and al-Qa'eda cells were working more closely together than in the past. That was brought into doubt when the bodies of three foreigners, believed to be insurgents, were discovered in Ramadi, apparently killed by Iraqis.

 

But the extent of the jihadist presence in Hasaybah - and therefore the subsequent tension - is unique.

 

Foreign fighters first started to arrive two years ago after Zarqawi bought properties to use as safe houses for arrivals before they could be funnelled east towards Baghdad and other major cities.

 

The police fled in November. In mid-June, al-Qa'eda units took over key buildings, including mosques and government offices. "Al-Qa'eda in Iraq" flags were raised.

 

The city, 240 miles north-west of Baghdad and adjacent to the insurgent centre of Qaim, is so dangerous that soldiers in the US base sleep in bunkers because of mortar and rocket attacks.

 

Following al-Qa'eda's seizure of the main buildings a number of residents fled. Arkan Salim, 56, who left with his wife and four children, said: "We thought they were patriotic. Now we discovered that they are sick and crazy.

 

"They interfered in everything, even how we raise our children. They turned the city into h*** and we cannot live in it anymore."

I posted most of the article. If local tribal leaders were willing to talk to the US marines, then the US marines are willing to consider the tribal leaders as friends.

The marines would be no better friend to the tribes.

And no worse enemy to al-Qa'eda's followers.

 

The tribal leaders need to win local support in rebuilding the local police force after what al-Qa'eda has imposed and the border tribes have lived. Seems "the new way of life" isn't winning over the Iraqi people.

MORGANTOWN, W. Va - President Bush, speaking on America's birthday, said the insurgents in Iraq will fail to stop democracy in that country and U.S. forces will stay "until the fight is won."

This is expressing the real intentions by Presiden Bush.. The goal is to establish democracy in ME which by itself will be the best protection of the American nation .That what proven to be correct in germany, Koria and Japan. Some old guard politicians thought that the goal should be to fight Alqaeda personal and orginization.. What Bush saying is to go to the roots , cutting the branches of this awful tree isn't the real solution, it might be a short term one though!

The official spoke'sman of Alsystani, Dr. Alkhafaf, denied any refrence by Systani to interfere with the political process details and he as always calling for Iraqis through the elected members to decide on what is best for them

 

 

 

 

الأثنين 4/7/2005 "المدى" بغداد -نفى السيد حامد الخفاف الناطق باسم مكتب اية الله السيستاني ما تردد عن رفض السيد السيستاني لمشروع اقامة اقليم الجنوب الفيدرالي الذي يضم البصرة و الناصرية والعمارة. وقال حامد الخفاف للصحافيين: "لم يصدر بيان من مكتب سماحة السيد السيستاني فيما يتعلق بهذا الشان الحساس، وقد جرت العادة على انه في مثل هذه الامور المهمة ان يصدر المكتب بيانا لشرح وجهة النظر" .

وردا على سؤال حول رفض السيستاني مشروع اقامة فيدرالية الجنوب، قال عضو الجمعية الوطنية الدكتور علي الدباغ بعد لقائه المرجع الديني السيد علي السيستاني في النجف: "ان السيد السيستاني يترك للعراقيين ان يقرروا ما يختارون وما يجدونه مناسبا من خلال الجمعية الوطنية المنتخبة التي تمثل كل العراقيين".

وأضاف: ان السيستاني "لا يتدخل في هذه الامور التفصيلية، ويتركها للعراقيين ليختاروا ما يشاءون ضمن العراق الموحد.. وان السيد السيستاني يرغب ان يبقى العراق بلدا موحدا وقويا ، وان سماحته يرضى بما يرضى به العراقيون

Sunni Group in Iraq Urges Members to Vote

BAGHDAD, Iraq, July 4 - In what might be a sign of a new political landscape, a major Sunni umbrella group called on its members on Monday to register for the next round of elections and take part "despite our reservations."

 

Adnan al-Dulaimi, the head of the group, called the Sunni Endowment, said in a briefing in Baghdad that clerics would be asked to issue fatwas, or religious rulings, essentially ordering Sunnis to vote in elections. Among its other functions, the Sunni Endowment is charged with oversight of Sunni Arab mosques and holy sites throughout Iraq, giving it wide influence among clerics.

 

"I ask all Sunni people to register their names for the next election, because we are in a political battle that depends on the vote," he said.

 

Sunni Arabs largely boycotted the January elections, producing a National Assembly with only a handful of Sunnis, leaving the ethnic group that ruled the country until 2003 with little influence in the government.

 

The next round of voting will include a referendum on a constitution, a document being hammered out in the National Assembly.

 

Perhaps as significant as his call for voting, Mr. Dulaimi explicitly renounced violence as a way for the Sunnis to regain power. Mr. Dulaimi's group, like many other Sunni groups, insists that Sunnis are not a minority in Iraq, despite various estimates suggesting that they make up about 20 percent of the population.

 

Iraq's ethnically based political strife was also on display on Monday in Kirkuk, in the north, where more than 2,000 Arabs and Turkmens demonstrated against the Kurdish rule that has settled on the city since the elections in January. A Kurdish slate won 26 of 41 seats in the city council and has made significant changes in how the city is run.

 

Important posts went overwhelmingly to Kurdish officials, said Ali Mehdi, a leader of the Turkmen front. The Turkmens were an Asian people put into place by the Turks to govern the area under Ottoman rule.

 

"The current administration, which is formed by Kurdish parties, does not represent the people of Kirkuk," Mr. Mehdi said at the demonstration, in Convention Square.

 

Muhammad Khalil, a city council member who serves as a spokesman for Arab members of the council, asserted that the refusal of the Kurdish bloc to compromise had forced other groups to form what he called a "shadow government" for the city.

 

Marching in heavy security, people in the crowd raised banners denouncing federalism, the political decentralization favored by Kurds, who want the area to maintain a large degree of local control.

 

Baghdad was unusually quiet on American Independence Day, although an Interior Ministry official said at least two roadside bombs had gone off, killing at least three civilians and wounding three more. Both bombs exploded in the dangerous southern fringes of the city.

 

Further details emerged Monday from witnesses to the kidnapping of Ihab al-Sharif, Egypt's top diplomat in Iraq, from a Baghdad street on Sunday.

 

The owner of an appliance shop across the street from where gunmen surrounded Mr. Sharif as he got out of his Jeep Cherokee to buy a newspaper said the diplomat shrieked as four men dragged him toward the trunk of a black sedan.

 

One of the men struck Mr. Sharif in the head with a pistol so hard that he began to bleed, said an employee at Al Arjas photography lab, just a few feet from the kidnapping.

 

Taher al-Ani, owner of an air-conditioner shop near the same spot, said some of the men ran toward a gray car that was parked closeby with a driver. Some of the men stopped traffic to speed the escape before jumping in the car.

 

"The whole operation didn't take more than two minutes," said the employee at the photography lab. "The ambassador was not accompanied by guards."

Today on Aliraqia TV in a talk show that included the Radical Sunni Arab Alhiwar spokesman, Dr, Fakhree Alqaisee, he was talking about the Iraqi "resistance" groups where he diffrentiat those who kill Americans and Iraqi Army personals from those who kill civilians.. He called the first as legitamate while the second as comitting unaccepted acts ..When he asked to condenm the Qaeda Alzarqawee group who already admited killing of Iraqi civilians. He refused to name them as terrorists and called them the violant group. When the Assembly member, Dr. Asunaid, repeated the question after the Qaysee play with words, he kept refusing and started to explain their wrong explanation of Fatwa. This was considered in Islamic term as a wrong judgment.

When he was asked to comment on the news of open negotiation with the US while refusing to respond to open doors by the elected governemnt , he arrogantly said that it was by the American request and was a clear sign that the only way to talk to Americans is by showing them the hard face.

 

He was very happy with the visit yesterday by Democrat senator Levin to their center in Baghdad, He claimed that the senator informed them about efforts to push President Bush on the withdraw.. I personally felt that they got very wrong message seeing a prominant senator paying them a visit , however I think they got fooled by a British accent translator!!!. .

In Arabic.. Almutlak, the other spokesman of Alhiwar is claiming that the congressmen proposed an American withdraw .. He said that his group proposed the withdraw with old Sadam army take over!!!

Yesterday the Iraqi assembly issued a law that there must be no negotiotion with Sadamists..

I think the American troops and authoroties need to comply with it, if they want to be kept considered as a friend troops to support Iraqis in building their country, such visits with no clear agendas might send a very bad message and would complicate the political process rather than help it.. The congressmen need to clarify their position as sson as possible..

The Congressman Levin already confirmed that the talk was about their participation in the constitution writing and their request to release those Sunni radicals who were captured by US.. He confirmed in his news confrence after meeting Aljaafree, that US is commited to no withdraw before Iraqi Army take over

These days we have alot of fun watching the live broadcasts of the Iraqi national assembly on Aliraqia.. What is more interesting, are the talk shows about the constitution..

Two days ago , there was one run by two female constitution committe members and alot of women from different races and factions

 

A chrestian lady was asking why no Keldo_ashoor is in the committe.. The member "from Shia coalition" replied that there is one and mentioned the name .. The lady replied that he is not representing because he is a candidate of Kurd slat. The meber said we can't get every "MINORITY" a represent and we left it to ellection process.

The Chrestian lady replied loadely .. We ara not MINORITY were are Iraqis! and the conversation went on

 

I was so amazed by that dialoge.. Just realized how much we got changed.. !

Do you think this change will be reflected in the way Iraqis vote? Will the Iraqi Alliance Coalition List and the Kurdish Parties List still get all the votes or will more Iraqis start to vote independently in their best interests?

I don't think voting to this or that list isn't expressing a will!

However, if you mean that main Shia parties or Kurds might be splitted in small groups then I don't know, all depends on their programs. In the last ellections both got together inorder to face the hard times of terrorists wanted to block the ellection process. In the new ellections of January, I don't think this will be the critical issue, as the country already passed it's main milestone of establishing the new political democratic constitution by that time.. More detailed difference should emerge.

 

The other dimention is if the new constitution will allow nation wide list of region based competition.. The propbelem with region based is that small numbered groups of Iraqis, like Sunni, or even Chrestian might not have their best chances becuase of nemographic diversity.

 

This is still a matter of discussion in the assembly though

الدستور العراقي ومسؤولية الليبراليين

نشرت بعض الصحف العراقية ومواقع الانترنت نسخاً من بعض مواد مسودة الدستور العراقي الجديد الذي سيطرح للاستفتاء على الشعب العراقي قريباً. وعلينا أن نعلم، وأن نعي جيداً، بأن هذا الدستور - أيا كانت صيغته - هو أغلى دستور عربي وضع حتى الآن، في التاريخ السياسي العربي بعد الدستور الجزائري الذي كلف أكثر من مليون شهيد. ولكن الدستور العراقي كان أكثر تكلفة مالية (300 مليار دولار حتى الآن) وأكثر من مائة الف شهيد ذهب معظمهم ضحية الارهاب الأعمى بدعم من الدول المجاورة للعراق، والتي تخشى أن يتكرر "الفيلم العراقي" على أراضيها في يوم ما، ويطيح بأنظمتها كما تم في العراق. وليكن واضحاً وجلياً من أن الارهاب في العراق لا يعمل من داخل العراق. وأن قيادة قواعده بما فيهم الزرقاوي نفسه وعزت ابراهيم وغيرهما من قادة الارهاب ومخططيه، غير موجودين في العراق، ولكن في دولة من دول الجوار، تعرفها قيادة التحالف حق المعرفة.

 

نقود الليبراليين المُحقة

تقدم الصديقان العراقيان د.سيّار الجميل ود. عبد الخالق حسين وغيرهما من الليبراليين العراقيين بنقود علمية جادة للدستور العراقي الجديد. وهي نقود محقة تتلخص في أن الدستور ينص في مادته الأولى بأن الجمهورية العراقية (اسلامية اتحادية). وهي مادة مستهجنة فعلاً. فلا الدساتير الغربية تشير إلى أن دولها دول مسيحية ، ولا الدستور الإسرائيلي يشير إلى أن الدولة دولة يهودية ، ولا الدول الإسلامية (ما عدا ايران وموريتانيا) تشير إلى أنها دول اسلامية وحتى الدول التي لا دستور لها كالسعودية لا تطلق على نفسها "المملكة العربية الإسلامية السعودية" فذلك كله فذلكات، وتحصيل حاصل، ولا يتعدى أن يكون تشدقاً بالتسميات كما قال سيّار الجميل في مقاله (المعاني الدستورية بين الأهداف والمباديء). وقد كان سيّار الجميل على حق حين علق على المادة السادسة من الدستور التي تقول بأن "السيادة للقانون، والشعب مصدر السلطات، يمارسها بالاقتراع العام السري المباشر أو بالانتخاب والاستفتاء السري المباشر وعبر مؤسساته الدستورية". فقال: "إذا كان الشعب مصدر السلطات، فكيف هي دولة اسلامية؟ ولماذا هذه الاستعارة للتحدث باسم الدين تارة والتحدث باسم الشعب تارة اخرى؟ ولكن يبدو أن لجنة اعداد الدستور ارادت ترضية رجال الدين من شيعة وسُنَّة". وخاصة السُنَّة المستعصية على التحرر والتحرير، والتي ناصبت الشعب العراقي العداء ، كما وقفت ضد الدولة والحرية والديمقراطية والانتخابات.

والمادة الثانية تشير إلى أن دين الدولة الرسمي هو الإسلام. وهذه المادة مذكورة في كل الدساتير العربية دون استثناء. لكن أين الإسلام في هذه الدول؟ فهذه المادة هي مادة تزويقية في الدساتير العربية لاشباع رغبة المؤسسة الدينية، وكفِّ شرها لا غير. وكان من الحكمة والرشد عدم ذكرها على الإطلاق، نتيجة للتعدد الديني والطائفي والعرقي في العراق والذي لا مثيل له في العالم العربي. فمثل هذه المادة تحصيل حاصل. فهل من الممكن أن يكون دين الدولة العراقية المسيحية أو اليهودية أو البوذية؟ ولكن ذكرها على هذا النحو يثير النعرات والغرائز الدينية والعرقية والطائفية. ويجب علينا الوعي بأن الأحكام الشرعية التي جاء بها الإسلام وخاصة ما يتعلق بالعقوبات والحدود وخلاف ذلك أحكام وضعت لمجتمعات كانت سائدة بقيمها المختلفة منذ 14 قرناً ولم تعد قائمة الآن. فالقوانين لا تخلق المجتمعات، ولكن المجتمعات هي التي توجد القوانين. زيادة على ذلك فنحن في العالم العربي ضمن منظومة انسانية كونية واسعة وشاملة شئنا أم أبينا. وعلينا أن نخضع للمبادئ والقيم الإنسانية السائدة الآن في العالم شئنا أم أبينا، لأننا لا نعيش على كوكب آخر منفصل. فنحن مطالبون أن نتبع الشرعة الدولية وقيم منظمات حقوق الانسان والمجتمعات المدنية. واعتقد بأن نظرة واقعية وعاقلة للإسلام لن تمنع من تطوير الشرائع الدينية على اختلافها. ومن يستمع إلى الشيوخ الإسلاميين المتنورين كالمصريين جمال البنا وأحمد صبحي منصور والقطري عبد الحميد الانصاري وغيرهم، يرى أن الإسلام بعيد عن تفسير المفسرين أصحاب المصالح والفضائح. وأنه أقرب الأديان إلى شرائع منظمات حقوق الإنسان الآن. وهناك مواد أخرى نقدها سيّار الجميل وهي تدلُّ على أن لجنة اعداد الدستور اتصفت حقيقةً بالسذاجة والخوف، وارتعشت الأقلام في يدها على أصوات السيارات المفخخة في شوارع بغداد وباقي أنحاء العراق. ولكن الكلمة الأخيرة تبقى للشعب العراقي في قبول هذا الدستور أو غيره.

 

نقود ليبرالية أخرى

ويكتب الصديق عبد الخالق حسين (ملاحظات حول مسودة الدستور العراقي) نفس النقود على هذه المواد ويضيف مضيئاً أن اصرار الإسلاميين من سُنَّة وشيعة على إطلاق اسم (الجمهورية الإسلامية) على الدولة العراقية، سيُلحق أشد الأضرار بالإسلام قبل أي شيء آخر. لأنه سينفِّر الناس من الإسلام كما حصل في إيران. والتسمية نذير شؤم وتثير الذعر في نفوس الكثيرين من الناس، داخل العراق وخارجه، خاصة في هذا العهد حيث تفشي الإرهاب الإسلامي الذي يعاني منه العراقيون أكثر من غيرهم. كما أن هذه خطوة تمهيدية لحكم ولاية الفقيه الخمينية في إيران. كذلك فإن زجَّ الدين بالأمور السياسية سيعرقل تقدم الدولة وتطورها، لأن الدين ثابت والسياسة متغيرة .

وقول عبد الخالق حسين صحيح وواقعي. فالدولة التي تعلن انها دينية اسلامية تقع في شباك صعبة ومطبات عميقة. فهي إما أن تطبق شرائع الإسلام التي كانت سائدة لمجتمعات معينة بعينها قبل 14 قرناً، وبذا تصطدم مع قيم الإنسانية المدنية السائدة الآن في العالم، كما تصطدم مع قيم جمعيات حقوق الإنسان فيما يتعلق بالحدود والعقوبات وحقوق المرأة وحرية التدين .. الخ. وإما أن تغضَّ الطرف عن تطبيق هذه الشرائع كما تفعل معظم الدول العربية الآن – رغم أن المادة الرئيسية من دساتيرها تقول بأن دين الدولة الإسلام.. الخ - فتصبح مرمى حجارة وبطش الجماعات الإسلامية، وهدفاً لحملاتها الدينية المسعورة، ونعتها بأنها دول كافرة يجوز قتالها وقتل موظفيها، كما أفتى علي بلحاج زعيم "جبهة الانقاذ الجزائرية" بالأمس، تعليقاً على مقتل الديبلوماسيين الجزائريين في العراق.

من يعتقد بأن الليبراليين العرب الجدد كفار وزنادقة، وأنهم ضد الدين، حين يعلنون مطالبتهم بدول علمانية لا دينية، هو على خطأ كبير. فالليبراليون ليسوا ضد الدين، ولا هم بكفرة. فالعلمانية التي ينادي بها الليبراليون ليست هي العلمانية التي تنكر الدين، ولكنها هي التي تفصل بين الدين والسياسة، حيث لا سياسة في الدين، ولا دين في السياسة. ومن هنا شجعنا الحوار مع الإخوان المسلمين عندما تخلوا عن اقامة الدولة الدينية على لسان قادتهم الجدد ممن وصفناهم بالإخوان الجُدد Neo-Bros (انظر مقالاتنا: (هل سيدخل الإخوان المسلمون القص الذهب؟ وهل سيأتي الإخوان المسلمون بالطوفان الأكبر؟ والإخوان الموحدون بدلاً من الإخوان المسلمين). ومن هنا ثبت أن معارضتنا لاقحام الدين في السياسة معارضة أساسية وسليمة، بعد أن رأينا ماذا فعل الارهابيون الأصوليون، عندما استعملوا الدين كغطاء للارهاب السياسي الدموي. وقد ركز عبد الخالق حسين في مقاله على هذه نقطة، حين اعتبر أن المادة الثانية من الدستور ( الاسلام دين الدولة الرسمي، وهو المصدر الأساسي للتشريع، ولا يجوز سنّ قانون يتعارض مع ثوابته المجمع عليها وأحكامه.. الخ.) المسمار الذي سيدق في نعش الدولة العراقية الجديدة، وعزل الشعب العراقي عن كل ما يمت لهذا العصر من منجزات حضارية، حققتها البشرية في الديمقراطية والحضارة والحداثة والعلوم والفنون والآداب وغيرها.

 

دعوة إلى حملة ليبرالية جماعية

في رسالة بعث بها اليَّ د. جواد هاشم وزير التخطيط العراقي السابق وأحد المفكرين الاقتصاديين الليبراليين، والذي شاركنا في اعداد (البيان الأممي ضد الارهاب) الذي هو الآن بين يدي أعضاء مجلس الأمن الدولي، ليقرروا ماذا يمكن أن يفعلوا حياله، طالب جواد القيام بحملة عالمية فورية للوقوف في وجه من يريدون اعادة العراق إلى العصور المظلمة من خلال هذا الدستور المقترح. ولا اعتقد بأن أي ليبرالي في العالم العربي أو في خارجه سيعارض هذه الحملة.

ولكني أرى أن الشعب العراقي كما أثبت في الانتخابات التشريعية ( يناير 2005) على وعي تام. وأنه غداً سوف يصوّت ضد هذا الدستور، فيما لو بقيت مواد هذا الدستور على حالها. وأرى أن من واجب كافة الليبراليين داخل العراق وخارجه توعية الشعب العراقي- صاحب الكلمة الفصل في قانونية هذا الدستور واعتماده- بما في هذا الدستور من مواد لا تليق أبداً بالعراق الجديد، ولا بالتضحيات الكبرى العسكرية والسياسية والمالية التي بذلت من أجله.

 

الليبراليون وحدهم لا يكفي

ولكن جهد الليبراليين وحدهم لا يكفي. ولو وقف الليبراليون وحدهم عام 1945 في اليابان إلى جانب دستور مكارثر المفروض على الشعب الياباني، لما دارت عجلة الديمقراطية في اليابان، ولما تبنت اليابان دستوراً حداثياً يليق بالمرحلة القادمة التي خطنها اليابان.

إن الذي اقرَّ الدستور الحداثي الياباني هي القوة الأمريكية. والديبلوماسية الأمريكية اليوم ومعها ديبلوماسيات دول التحالف الأخرى التي ضحت تضحيات كبيرة عسكرية وبشرية ومالية من أجل الدستور الحداثي العراقي، بينما وقف العربان يتفرجون على مشهد لا يعينهم من قريب أو من بعيد.. هذه القوى مطالبة اليوم بالوقوف إلى جانب اقرار دستور عراقي حداثي لا يُفرِّق بين الأديان والطوائف والمذاهب والأعراق. واعتبار كل مواطن يعيش على ارض العراق مواطناً يتساوى مع الآخرين في الحقوق والواجبات في ظل الشرعية الدوليـة وقيم منظمات حقوق الانسان والمجتمعــات المدنيــة.

وبصراحة مطلقة، لا أظن أبداً أن أمريكا وبريطانيا ترضيان بدستور ينتسب الى القرون الوسطى. والعودة إلى الوراء مئات السنين ارضاء لمجموعة من فقهاء الطوائف الدينية الذين ما زالوا يحلمون بقيام الخلافة الإسلامية.

فليس من أجل هذا دقت الساعة في العراق، وقرعت القارعة، وحارب المحاربون، ودافع المدافعون، وصرف الصارفون، واستشهد المستشهدون.

Do you think this change will be reflected in the way Iraqis vote? Will the Iraqi Alliance Coalition List and the Kurdish Parties List still get all the votes or will more Iraqis start to vote independently in their best interests?

 

 

Today in the assembly meeting, the coalition representatives suggested achange on the voting model where the ellection ito be on the regional bases.. there were alot of disagreemnet , speciallly among the minority groups who thought this as new way by the coalition to grant the seats in the new ellection..

I remeber people saying the national list was the reason behind getting majority of seats to the coalition, I always thought the other way and what had happened yesterday proved it
